We are proud to launch the Early Childhood Education (ECE) Growth Accelerator in partnership with Maritime Odyssey Preschool, a nationally recognized ECE educator in Norwalk. This cohort-based program will bring ECE support to strengthen their business operations and scale their capacity to meet more of the state’s need for high-quality ECE.
Across the state, leaders of ECE providers are navigating rapid policy shifts, changes in public investment and growing demand for high-quality care — all while managing workforce shortages and financial complexity. The pressure is real. The stakes are high. And the opportunity is enormous. The Growth Accelerator was built for this moment.
This selective, cohort-based program will bring together up to 10 executive leaders serving high-need children and families across Connecticut. Over three months, participants will engage in expert-led sessions, deep peer learning and practical tools — including customized financial models designed specifically for early childhood organizations. Together, they’ll tackle workforce strategy, revenue optimization, cost management and sustainable growth planning.
This isn’t simply about strengthening individual organizations. It’s about building real, collective power. It’s about leaders coming together to learn from one another, push one another further and stand shoulder to shoulder as they actively shape the future of early learning in our state. And this is just the start, the foundation for long-term partnerships designed to deepen financial sustainability, expand capacity and drive lasting, system-level change.
