Kimberly Kalajainen is an accomplished operational leader and the Chief Operating Officer at Child and Family Agency of Southeastern Connecticut (CFA), where she oversees organizational operations and helps advance programs in mental health, early childhood education, and family support services. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s degree from Champlain College, and is known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to mission driven impact.
