She develops post-Accelerator strategies/offerings for leaders and works closely with SIP’s volunteer partners to deepen impact. Prior to this role, she led stakeholder engagement work for two years specifically for SIP’s public higher education area. She brings over 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience to SIP, including formally managing the largest Fund for Women & Girls in New England at Fairfield County’s Community Foundation. While at the Community Foundation, she identified early childhood as an important strategy and investment area for the Fund – one necessary to advance women’s economic security. Moreover, she served as a member of the CT Early Childhood Funder Collaborative. Tricia holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and was honored with the Excellence in Public Service Award by The Links in 2018. She serves as board chair of the emme coalition, a nonprofit focused on equitable maternal healthcare for women in the Greater Bridgeport area.
