State Government and Statewide Partners

Social Impact Partners (SIP) works with state leaders to build a thriving Connecticut where everyone has equitable access to quality education and sustainable career opportunities. Our partnerships with the Office of Early Childhood, the Office of Workforce Strategy and the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (CSCU) system drive strategic transformation across these vital areas.

SIP has helped shape the state’s workforce and early childhood strategies and is now advancing efforts in higher education. We serve as a strategic consultant, convener, catalyst and capacity builder – designing and implementing statewide strategies, securing funding, informing policy, sharing best practices and strengthening collaboration among government, business and education partners. By connecting this work with our on-the-ground programs, we help ensure that smart policies and investments create lasting, equitable impact across Connecticut communities.

“I want people who can make real change and make a difference for this state, which is exactly what Social Impact Partners has done in so many different ways. This organization means more than I can say to the state of Connecticut.”
