Volunteer Partner Highlight: Cheryl Hilton

Cheryl Hilton has been a Volunteer Partner with Social Impact Partners since 2020, bringing her vast experience and fierce passion for advocacy to everything she does. She is currently working with our community partner Girls For Technology and is deeply motivated by her partnership with the organization’s Co-Founder/President & CEO, Sabrina Tucker-Barrett. “I absolutely love this project; Sabrina is amazing and a visionary. I love the way she thinks! I feel very fortunate to be involved in this project.”

Cheryl believes deeply in the importance of listening in these engagements, knowing the power of true partnership comes from a place of mutual respect and collaboration. “I like to approach projects by saying, ‘you tell me what you want and we’ll figure out how to build it’ ”says Cheryl.

When she isn’t volunteering her time with Social Impact Partners or a host of other organizations, Cheryl is busy as a full-time, licensed Realtor and certified real estate continuing education curriculum creator and instructor who has dedicated the last 18 years to bringing equity to all facets of the real estate industry. She is also the founder of and past Chair of the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors Bridge Committee, the first and longest serving equity committee for Realtors in the State of Connecticut.

In addition, Cheryl is the owner/principal of the Hilton Advocacy Group, LLC. This group focuses on IEP’s, 504’s, and racial & LGBTQIA+ issues in the k-12 educational systems throughout Connecticut.

A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Cheryl resides in Southington with her beloved family and adored Shih Tzu, ZuZu.
