Volunteer Partner Highlight: Temy Mancusi-Ungaro

“I believe that we have an obligation to give back. We don’t all start with the same advantages, therefore those of us who have them need to give back to create access for others by using the knowledge we have gained by the opportunities we were given.”

Starting with Social Impact Partners this past June (2023), Temy hit the ground running working with Thames Valley Council for Community Action (TVCCA), believing deeply in supporting early childhood education. He is also working alongside the Office of Workforce Strategy on expanding community and employer connections for the Tech Regional Sector Partnerships (RSPs). RSPs are regional employer-led roundtables that foster collaboration with education, workforce development, economic development, and community organizations to address the workforce needs. “I love that Social Impact Partners is an opportunity to be with like minded people who really want to get something done,” said Temy.

A dedicated people leader, Temy Mancusi-Ungaro is a software executive who has been building high performing organizations for over twenty years. Raised by a single mother in the modern art world in Houston, TX, Temy graduated from St. John’s School before earning a BA in Economics from Yale University. He now resides in Westport, CT with his wife and four boys, who prove to be the biggest operational challenge of them all.
